Email mypeptidebuddy@gmail.com with a short description of the issue and the iPhone model and iOS version you are using. Do not include private health information or payment-card details.
Email supportRestore Pro access
Open the app, go to the Pro screen, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that completed the original App Store purchase. You will not be charged again for a restored purchase.
Calculator troubleshooting
Confirm that every field contains a positive number and that each unit selector matches the value entered. My Peptide Buddy does not silently guess ambiguous units. If a result still looks wrong, clear the worksheet and enter the values again.
Privacy and account questions
The iOS app can be used without an account and keeps app workspace data on the device. For privacy questions or a data request related to the website, email support from the address associated with the account.
